Children need to eat healthfully in order to grow properly. But children are a challenge. Personally, I tried many of the recommended strategies with my son, and I found for my child and for every other child that different tactics work for different children. Here are some of the comments that I have heard from parents:
¨ My child is too thin. ¨ My child is too fat. ¨ My child does not eat vegetables and/or fruit. ¨ My child only wants McDonalds. ¨ My child will not eat “adult” food. ¨ My child won’t eat breakfast before school or there is no time to eat breakfast before school.
Reyna will work with you and your family to solve many of the eating issues that your family encounters. She will help you create a healthy dining environment and achieve a nutritious and enjoyable eating routine.
