Women over 40 find that their body is not the same.  Hormonal changes occur, some of which can be very discomforting.  What you eat can make you feel better or even worse.  Reyna will work with you to develop a diet and exercise plan based on your body’s needs.  If you are interested, complementary therapies will be explored.
